I have loved the little mermaid since i have been aboe to talk and i have seen the video so many times that i can ay the dialogue with it, my fave is ariel and i love sebastian as well. flounder is so cute. THE LITTLE MERMAID ROX!

Hello, I'm from Finland. The Little Mermaid has been my favorite film for years!! Though I don't have it..cause when I "stopped" being a kid my mom gave it to someone.. Now I have been trying to find it from somewhere in Finland, but it's so hard to find with the ORIGINAL FINNISH subtitles cause they have made a second version of it too.. and it's just not the same. The original sounds remind me of the good times of my childhood..if there were any..ofcourse there were..at least I believe so.. Anyway, Ariel Pieni Merenneito is the BEST!

I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! This is my number 1 favorite movie of all time... I saw it on the first day it came out in 1989... because i bugged and bugged my mom to take me... I bought dolls, clothes, everything, the CD and the movie on VHS 3 times and even recorded and it got ruined every time because I had to watch it OVER and OVER again and I now have it on DVD... I LOVE IT I went to your site to get ideas because I am writing an opinion essay on why the Little Mermaid is the best movie ever made Ariel is my role model!!!

The little mermaid still remains the best disney movie EVER! Though, I believe they should not have made a second movie where she has a daughter and stuff ( the original scripts are always the coolest.)
